We’re looking for an experienced International Freight Forwarder to strengthen our team and help us continue expanding across the Central Asian and Balkan markets.
What You’ll Do
As an International Freight Forwarder, you will take full ownership of international transport operations, with a primary focus on the Balkan markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating international road transport operations
- Optimizing routes to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Managing transport orders from planning through final delivery
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, carriers and international partners
- Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving operational issues
- Coordinating daily communication with drivers and business partners
- Ensuring high service quality and on-time deliveries
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with commercial awareness.
You should have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an International Freight Forwarder
- Practical experience with transport operations in Balkans
- Fluent Serbian (spoken and written)
- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience using freight exchange platforms such as Timocom, Trans.eu or similar logistics systems
