- Coordinate international air, ocean and road freight shipments.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively address delays or disruptions.
- Arrange and process import and export documentation.
- Coordinate customs-related activities with brokers and authorities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, carriers and warehouses.
- Track and resolve shipment discrepancies and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with transportation and international trade regulations.
- Manage shipment data and maintain accurate records in logistics systems.
- Prepare operational reports and shipment overviews.
- Support continuous process improvements within logistics operations.

- Minimum 2 years of experience within Freight Forwarding, Logistics Coordination or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience with international import and export processes.
- Knowledge of customs documentation and transportation regulations.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ERP, TMS or WMS systems.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce or similar systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Dutch language skills are a strong preference.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
- Possession of a driver’s license and own transportation is required due to the location and accessibility of the site.
