  • Consistently outreach to target prospects to maintain loan pipelines at required levels and achieve funding goals.
  • Deliver an exemplary customer experience throughout the entire lending process.
  • Provide research and help resolve customer questions or issues, including discrepancies, system issues, policy interpretations, and audit remediation.
  • Master Salesforce and the Lendistry portal to provide an unparalleled customer technology experience.
  • Meet quality metrics for all applications reviewed and submitted to manager and/or credit.
  • Meet all timelines for KPIs and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively capture all customer information and activity in Salesforce, assigning tasks to create an outstanding customer experience.

  • Take advantage of available learning to maintain product/service knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with colleagues to ensure efficiency and prioritize customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with partners who initiate contact with the company, qualifying inbound inquiries and coordinating internal support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field and 1‑2 years’ experience.
  • Basic understanding of small business lending is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SBA eligibility requirements, SOP 50, 10, and conventional small business lending.
