We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with prospective clients and nurturing existing relationships through proactive communication. Duties
- Preparing forklift/equipment quotes. Sales rep can give them all the specs and what not but as long as they can create and send it off the customer with me CC’d that would be helpful.
- Creating pallet rack/warehouse equipment quotes.
- Reaching out to various vendors for pricing depending on what is needed. Checking on availability/lead times.
- Getting freight estimates.
- Handling any walk-ins, i.e. if a customer comes in and is only looking for a couple load beams or uprights or just all the smaller stuff like that, I would like for them to know what we have to show the customer and be able to quote them accordingly. I can give them a baseline cost for our materials so they can get them a quote in a timely manner.
- Preparing submittals and project documentation.
- Tracking open bids/projects.
- Help maintain relationship with existing accounts.
- Assist with submitting permits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with professionalism and persistence
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and client documentation
- Knowledge of customer service problem-solving techniques and effective client communication strategies
- Experience with phone etiquette, active listening, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is essential
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Pay: $50,508.56 – $60,000.00 per year
