Summary
As a Local Driver at ANMEI GROUP, you will be an integral part of our logistics team, responsible for transporting goods efficiently within the local area. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional service and support to our clients in the cross-border e-commerce sector.
Responsibilities
Safely operate various types of trucks to transport goods to designated locations.
Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by company policies.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules.
Adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Assist in the training of new drivers on company procedures and safety practices.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in truck driving or related roles within the logistics industry.
Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety regulations.
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is essential.
Experience with refrigerated trailers or flatbeds is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
