Title: Inbound Logistics Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect Shipping requests from Purchasing Team and Assign the Forwarders
2. Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments from suppliers and carriers.
3. Track shipments status and resolve delivery delays or discrepancies.
4. Verify shipping documents and send them to Brokers.
5. Issue Saber Certificates for Shipments.
6. Coordinate and monitor the Clearance process with Brokers
7. Ensure accurate receipt of incoming goods.
8. Collaborate with Inventory team to prioritize receiving activities.
9. Investigate and resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
10. Work closely with procurement and planning to ensure goods availability.
11. Monitor Forwarders and Brokers performance.
12. Raise the payments request for Forwarders and Brokers to finance Dept.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies, , and import/export regulations where applicable.
14. Prepare reports on inbound logistics performance, including on-time delivery, receiving accuracy
15. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, Shipping, or supply chain management.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Very Good in English Language.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of logistics processes.
