We are looking for an Importation Officer who will support the end-to-end importation process by ensuring accurate documentation, shipment monitoring, inventory coordination, and data management across multiple brands. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptionally skilled in Microsoft Excel.
The Importation Officer will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to maintain accurate records, track shipments, prepare reports, and ensure timely movement of imported goods.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Customs Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in importation, logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or a related role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/ XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and report generation
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets accurately
- Experience handling importation documents, such as purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipment records
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of importation procedures, customs requirements, and logistics processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in the sports, fitness, or gym category is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation
- Prepare, update, and maintain importation records, shipment schedules, and inventory-related reports
- Generate Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analyses to support inventory and supply chain planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
- Review and verify importation documents for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain master databases and ensure accurate encoding and updating of import-related information
- Support inventory planning through data consolidation, forecasting reports, and stock monitoring
- Identify discrepancies in shipment, inventory, and importation records and recommend corrective actions
- Assist in preparing management reports and presentations related to importation and supply chain performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and importation procedures
