We are looking for a “Import Specialist” to contribute to our company’s growth journey.
General Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field,
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience,
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset,
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications,
Capacity to work independently, managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines,
In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade agreements, and import documentation.
Job Description
Manage import processes in full compliance with legal regulations and company policies,
Supervise customs procedures, logistics operations, and other import-related activities,
Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers to obtain quotations, track orders, and provide progress reports,
Prepare and review customs declarations and related documentation for accuracy,
Plan and coordinate freight, insurance, and transportation arrangements,
Identify opportunities for process improvement and perform cost analyses for import operations.
