Role Description
This is an internship role for an Import Manager. The Import Manager will manage daily import operations, including coordinating shipments, handling import documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role also involves maintaining relationships with suppliers, logistical partners, and customers. This is a remote role.
Qualifications
Experience in Export, Import, and Import Export processes
Customer Service skills
Familiarity with Ocean freight operations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in the fresh produce market is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is a plus
