Job Description
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards thus maintaining a strong relationship with them
Meet compliance at all times to regulations, including internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements
Understand department process flow and constantly look for areas to improve efficiency
Interact with internal departments with shipment status
Communicate with airport ground handlers, CFS, and local truckers to ensure timely movement of cargo
