With strong operational capabilities at Kandla and Mundra Ports, we aim to make logistics more transparent, efficient and convenient for our clients.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to independently manage import–export documentation, customs checklist filing and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, verifying and filing import and export checklists
- Filing Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills through ICEGATE
- Preparing and processing supporting import–export documentation
- Coordinating with Customs, shipping lines, CFSs, transporters and clients
- Monitoring cargo movement and ensuring timely customs clearance
- Managing ICEGATE documentation and statutory compliance
- Maintaining shipment records and providing regular client updates
- Resolving documentation and operational issues promptly
Preferred Candidate:
- Practical knowledge of import–export documentation and customs procedures
- Experience with a Customs Broker, freight forwarder or logistics company
- Hands-on experience in checklist preparation, verification and filing
- Familiarity with ICEGATE and customs documentation
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage shipments independently and meet deadlines
