Job Scope
Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including tariff classifications and duty payments.
Arrange and monitor shipments via sea and air, liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to international trade laws, import/export regulations, and company policies for smooth logistics operations.
Track shipments, manage warehouse inventory, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirements
2-4 year of relevant working experience
Experienced in Trade Net/ Cargo wise software will be advantageous
