Our team specializes in end-to-end logistics orchestration—customs compliance, documentation, carrier coordination, and real-time shipment tracking—delivering reliability and speed to importers and exporters across India and beyond. We’re scaling rapidly and seeking a proactive Import/Export Executive to drive operational excellence in cross-border trade. Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import/export documentation including BLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely cargo movement and compliance with Indian and international regulations.
- Track shipments in real-time, proactively resolve delays, and maintain accurate records in ERP or TMS systems.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings for customs clearance (ICEGATE, DGFT, etc.) and liaise with customs officials for smooth processing.
- Ensure adherence to Incoterms, trade compliance laws (FEMA, RBI, DGFT), and export/import policies across key markets.
- Partner with sales and client teams to provide timely updates, resolve customer escalations, and deliver seamless client experiences.
