Import/Export Coordinator Jobs in Leetsdale, PA at Almatis Inc
About Job:
- Arrange inventory movement to/from tollers accordingly, working closely with the local production teams to plan accordingly
- Establish clear lines of communication with the tolling partners
- Manage sample requests and fulfillment process
- Package samples accordingly for shipment
- Schedule courier and LTL shipments of sample materials to customers
- Adhere to trade compliance with support from company consultant
- Strengthen partnership with freight forwarders
- Submit export bookings via the freight forwarder’s system
- Track delivery status through freight line’s systems
- Maintain relationship with import brokers
- Conduct ISF filings for customs clearance
- Organize and manage trade material inventory
- Enter stock transport orders to request material to maintain inventory targets
- Update SAP system with shipment and progress details
- Ensure inventory accuracy in SAP for trade material, tolling inventory, sample inventory, packaging & shipping supplies, etc.
- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with other departments: Production, Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, etc.
- Communicate with and support the other Almatis locations accordingly
- No direct reports
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of imports, exports, tolling, freight forwarding, and trade compliance
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
