Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Asycuda / Asyhub EDI manifesting.
- Sound understanding of sea freight import compliance procedures and customs regulations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with ocean freight carriers and container yards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the freight forwarding industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all sea freight import operations.
- Prepare and handle all required import documentation, including Asycuda/Asyhub EDI manifesting.
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and import requirements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with ocean freight carriers and container yards.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely arrivals and proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare analytical reports and provide operational insights to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.
