Our client, a leading Corporate Services Provider (CSP), is looking to hire an HR Administrator to join their Human Resources team.
As part of the ongoing growth within our client’s HR department, we are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator to join a team of experienced and dedicated professionals. The chosen candidate will report to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of managing their own workload, and eager to learn and grow within the field.
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to the HR department;
Assist Line Managers and the HR Manager with the recruitment process;
Assist in the drafting of contracts and coordinating the engagement and termination process of employees;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records and documents with integrity and confidentiality;
Submit employee information to the relevant authorities and departments;
Liaise with the payroll team to ensure that any updates reach them in time for the monthly payroll;
Take charge of the induction process for new employees and assist in ongoing training;
Assist the HR Manager on any employee complaints and provide support to resolve conflicts;
Assist with performance management process;
Assist the HR Manager with the planning and execution of events;
Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
A minimum A’ Level standard of education;
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of the Maltese Employment law and experience in liaising with Maltese entities will be preferred;
Excellent communication skills, assertive with impeccable fluency in written and spoken English;
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
An eye-for-detail and able to work autonomously;
Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Highly computer literate with MS Office Suite.
