Permanent – Full Time – Port Kembla, NSW

Day shift $35.08 per hour + penalties for overtime.

All overtime paid at overtime rates

Uniforms and PPE provided

Induction and training provided

Your New Role

Operation of Vacuum Trucks and Road Tankers

Load and unload Commercial and industrial waste (oily water and Septic tanks)

Operate Vehicle Check & Service tracking Phone Aps

Interacting with our clients in the industrial, Mining and Shipping sector

Inductions and training for BFM, Industry, Dangerous goods, Shipping and Mining will be supplied as required.

Work is mainly local, but may include trips to Sydney or Newcastle

Occasional trips interstate may be available

As our customers operate 24/7, Overtime, on call and weekend roster (every 6 weeks)

Yard work

Daily prestart and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.

Comply with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have the following:

A manual (road ranger) HR or HC (preferred) Licence with a clean driving record

Good attitude, reliable and willingness to learn

Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test

Waste industry experience is preferred but not required
