Job Overview

This is a production based position, the harder you work, the more you make.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of business operations, including logistics, fleet management, and customer service.
Secure freight with chains, or straps while transporting
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and safety.
Manage the maintenance and operation of various types of vehicles including forklifts, tankers, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, and refrigerated trailers.
Develop and implement efficient route driving strategies to optimize delivery schedules.
Experience
Proven experience in a leadership role within the transportation or logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial driving regulations and practices.
Experience operating various types of vehicles including manual transmission trucks.
Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and route planning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on operational goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 – $4,000.00 per week
