CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Competitive Pay & Reliable Home Time

We are looking for professional CDL-A drivers to join our regional fleet. If you want steady miles, consistent pay, and well-planned home time, this opportunity is for you. Position Details
Home Time: Drivers typically get home every 5.5 days, with 34-hour resets at home.
Miles Per Week: Expect to run 2,000–2,200 miles per week, depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with a mix of drop-and-hook (50-60%) and live unloads (40-50%).
Regional Coverage: Freight is concentrated on the east side of I-35, ensuring predictable routes.
Equipment: Modern Freightliner Cascadias (2023 or newer) with automatic transmissions and advanced safety features.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: Earn competitive per-mile pay, ensuring stable weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,300
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day when applicable.
Performance Bonus: Eligible for up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Bonuses start the first of the month following hire.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total – $500 after the first load and $500 after 30 days (must be active at payout).
Driver Requirements
Valid CDL-A license and a minimum of 3 months OTR experience.
Must pass hair and urine drug screening.
Clean safety record – no recent felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents.
No terminations from previous employers due to safety or policy violations.
All driving violations will be reviewed.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate trucks to deliver freight to various locations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
