CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Consistent Miles & Strong Pay

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for regional routes offering predictable schedules, steady miles, and competitive weekly pay. If you are looking for a driving career with reliable freight, well-maintained equipment, and structured home time, this opportunity is for you.
Position Details
Home Time: Drivers get regular home time every 5.5 days, with 34-hour resets at home.
Weekly Miles: 2,000–2,200 miles per week, depending on availability and Hours of Service (HOS).
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with a mix of drop-and-hook (50-60%) and live unloads (40-50%).
Route Coverage: Freight runs primarily on the east side of I-35.
Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias (2023 and newer) with automatic transmissions and advanced safety features.
Pay & Compensation
Weekly Pay: Earn between $1,200 – $1,300 per week.
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 per day when applicable.
Performance Bonus: Eligible for additional pay based on safety, mileage, and performance.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total, paid in two installments ($500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days).
Job Responsibilities
Transport freight safely and efficiently across designated routes.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, including logs and required documentation.
Maintain professional communication with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws at all times.
Driver Requirements
Valid CDL-A license with at least 3 months of OTR experience.
Must pass hair and urine drug screenings.
Clean safety record—no recent felonies, DUIs, or at-fault accidents.
No terminations from previous employers due to safety violations.
All traffic violations will be reviewed during the hiring process.
Must be 21 years or older.
