Overview:
Join our Midwest Regional Fleet and enjoy weekly home time, consistent miles, and a balanced schedule. This position offers a predictable routine with regionalized freight, allowing drivers to get home weekly while maintaining competitive earnings.
Key Details:
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total – $500 after the first load.
$500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at the time of payout).
Home Time: Weekly 34-hour resets.
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight.
50–60% drop-and-hook.
40–50% live unload.
Average Weekly Miles: 2,000 miles (based on HOS and availability).
Average Length of Haul: 300 miles.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer in the Midwest region.
Ensure timely delivery of no-touch freight.
Manage an average of 2,000 miles per week with a consistent schedule.
Maintain flexibility and follow company safety standards.
Pay Structure:
Average Weekly Gross: $1,200
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour (after the second hour).
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
Performance Bonus:
Up to 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
Begins the first of the month following the hire date.
Must be an active driver at the time of payout.
Experience-Based Pay:
Mileage pay increases based on performance and experience.
Additional pay opportunities through detention and layover pay.
Equipment and Support:
Drive modern 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
24/7 access to operations support.
