Job Overview:
Spartan Trucking & Logistics is hiring experienced Owner-Operators with 53’ refrigerated trailers to run under our authority. We offer consistent freight, full back-office support, and strong weekly earnings. You must own your equipment for over a year and be based in Southern California.

What You’ll Get:
85% of gross load revenue
Weekly direct deposit (Fridays)
Average weekly pay: $6,000–$8,000, depending on routes and performance
All dispatching, booking, and back-end paperwork handled
Factoring included – you don’t deal with collections
Optional insurance coverage ($450/week avg, based on record/equipment)
Supportive, no-nonsense dispatch team available 24/7
Run within CA, AZ, NV, UT, NM, WA, OR, and ID

What We Require:
Ownership of 53’ reefer trailer
Active U.S. DOT number (you will run under our authority)
Clean MVR and spotless driving record
Equipment inspections every 90 days with maintenance records
Ability to unload freight with pallet jack when needed
Acceptance of tracking requirements and multi-stop loads
Legal operation only – no load refusals without valid reason
Must be professional, reliable, and safety-oriented
