HGV Tanker Driver

Pay Rate: £25.21 PAYE
Cryomed Van driver position is to provide timely delivery of products to our Air Products customers in a safe and compliant manner, within agreed processes and procedures.

The role provides a front-line business-critical activity, being part of the Air Products team supporting our continuing
customer relationship
, which improves retention on a long-term basis.
This position is accountable for the following end results:
Adherence to all safety rules, processes, and procedures, as safety is a condition of employment.
Pre & Post vehicle check in-line with DVSA guidelines, and Air Products standards, which may change from time-to-time.
Loading, unloading and all other activities associated with product management in-line with ‘Dist Man Cryo Specific – working instructions’ available via ‘TDH app’.
Successful completion of all Learn Ex and regulatory training as required.
Other expected requirements in-line with Annex to Air Products Cryo Ease Services Standard Terms and Conditions of Employment for:
Customer Service Operatives (CSOs) This Annex relates to the period from the 1st January 2017, available on request via NNC or Air Products management/HR.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Licence minimum category B (C1 preferred)
Proven driving experience (Where required) and min three years consecutive driving experience operating the class of vehicle that will be operated at Air Products upon employment.
Preferred but not a must – Valid (in date) ADR Training Certificate 2,3,8 minimum (refreshed every 5 years)
Valid (in date) Drivers CPC Qualification Card (DQC) and evidence of current Periodic Training Status (where applicable)
Proven track record
of working within a safety-first environment.
Able to work under own initiative with excellent
communication skills
