Salary: £17.30 per hour – plus £40 weekly allowance
Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 – Tuesday – Saturday 12:00-13:00 start times or 5 out of 7 21:00-22:00 start times,
must be flexible on start times on request due to training needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communicator with hands‑on driver training experience
- Confident delivering both practical and classroom‑based training
- Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations
- Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an LGV C+E driver
- LGV C+E licence
- Driver CPC
- IOSH or First Aid
- Experience with telematics (Connexus/Tachomaster)

What you’ll do:
- Deliver engaging driver training and development
- Support DCPC training and new driver inductions
- Promote safe and fuel‑efficient driving
- Carry out driver assessments and post‑incident training
- Help improve driver performance using KPIs and telematics
- Work closely with Transport and Compliance teams to ensure best practice
