Yourstaff Solutions are currently recruiting experienced
HGV 1drivers for our client based in Bedford, delivering 2
-4 stores per day, working 4 on 4 off rota’s with additional days available subject to WTD.
Duties
include, but are not limited too:
Pre journey vehicle checks. Complete vehicle check sheets, reporting all damage or defects prior to leaving site. Uplift cages and pallets from the previous delivery. Complete all paperwork/delivery notes and return to the transport admin clerk
Requirements You must have a minimum 6 months HGV C1 driving experience No more than 9 penalty points, IN,DD,DR.TT codes are not accepted due to insurance clauses. Current UK Driving licence, Driver qualification card and CPC card A good understanding of WTDrules and regulations. Physically fit and able to pull pallets and cages. Be professional, courteous, reliable and punctual at all times.
Have your own PPE.

Rates of Pay Paye £19.50 Monday – Friday £22.25 Saturday & Sunday £22.25 Bank Holiday
Umbrella £22.50 Monday – Friday £25.50 Saturday & Sunday £25.50 Bank Holiday
