Job Description
We are currently looking to fill 2 positions for Heavy Duty Diesel Technicians within our business. We are locally owned and have been in business for nearly 30 years. We have a large reputable customer base servicing all lines of trucks and trailers. We are looking for reliable team members to join our team. If you have a knowledgeable diesel mechanic background experience, we may want you to join our team.
Job responsibilities include:
Diesel Engine Repairs and preventive maintenance
DOT and NYS inspections
Engine overhauls
Transmission work
DEF systems
Job requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum 1-year previous experience in Heavy Duty Diesel engine repair
Must have your own tools
Valid driver’s license required, CDL is a plus
Must possess a strong work ethic
Good problem-solving skills
Self-starter
Proficient Computer Diagnostic skills (ABS, CEL, DPF Systems, etc.)

Essential Job Duties Include:
Performing Heavy Duty mechanical repairs to vehicles
Frequent bending, climbing, moving, and lifting up to 80lbs
Ability to safely perform duties with a sense of urgency
Essential Job Requirements Include:
Must have your own toolbox/tools
Must be detail-oriented
Monday thru Friday work week with overtime occasionally available
