Position: Healthcare Logistics Coordinator Contract
Location: southwestern ontario
Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a 13-month contract. This role emphasizes backorder management and recall coordination, ensuring seamless logistics support for healthcare providers across Canada.
As a member of the Logistics team, you’ll be reporting directly to the Vice President, In-Hospital Logistics. The role involves managing stockless backorders, executing product conversions, and ensuring prompt responses to recall alerts. A relevant College Diploma or University Degree along with 1-2 years of logistics experience is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily reviews of backorder status reports
• Work with 3PL on product substitution processes
• Act promptly on recall alerts and track actions
• Fill in for in-hospital logistics supervisors when required
• Compile logistics reports as necessary for MMC
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in business or supply chain
• 1-2 years experience in supply chain roles
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis
• Capacity to foster stakeholder relationships
• Flexibility to travel when required
