We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and transform our land transport and full truckload (FTL) business in the Middle East. This role is at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for expanding market share, driving revenue, and building high-impact client relationships. As a key decision-maker, you will develop and execute a bold sales vision, ensuring that our company remains a dominant player in the transport and logistics sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader, an expert in B2B logistics sales, and a master at navigating the complexities of land transport, fleet management, and enterprise-level contract negotiations.
Skills & Expertise
Experience: 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles within transport and logistics, with a strong focus on land transport and FTL services.
Proven success in scaling revenue, driving business expansion, and leading high performance sales teams.
Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Strong industry knowledge of pricing structures, contract negotiations, fleet management, and supply chain.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
