We are partnering with a highly respected, Dubai-based shipping and logistics powerhouse with a prestigious 30-year legacy. They are seeking an inspiring, hands-on leader to take charge of and scale their ship agency operations across UAE ports and the broader Arabian Gulf.
The Impact You’ll Make
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the operational backbone of their maritime footprint. This role is about being the ultimate decision-maker for live vessel calls from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities:
- Command Vessel Execution: Drive end-to-end vessel turnarounds, cargo operations, and pre-arrival coordination.
- Master Financial Discipline: Oversee strict PDA/FDA controls and crew change billing, connecting Operations seamlessly with Accounts and Finance.
- Build Trust: Serve as the key liaison to authorities and principals while ensuring sub-agents meet the highest industry standards.
