Team Logistics is a strategic investment initiative under Team Holding aimed at building a fully integrated, tech-enabled logistics platform. The company is positioned to address the growing demand for end-to-end sourcing-to-fulfillment solutions across e-commerce, B2B2C, and cross-border trade segments. With the ambition to evolve into a fourth-party logistics (4PL) provider, the company aims to orchestrate the full logistics value chainencompassing international transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, automated fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
Currently, we are in search of Head of International Logistics Division who will manage international freight transportation operations, ensure the efficient performance of the team, and support the continuous development of logistics services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the logistics team.
- Develop and optimize logistics processes.
- Manage the full operational cycle of LTL / groupage transportation from Europe to Armenia.
- Organize and oversee cooperation with international partners, carriers, agents, and warehouses.
- Prepare transportation calculations, quotations, and process inquiries.
- Review and monitor transport and customs documentation (CMR, AWB, BL, Invoice, Packing List, EX1/T1, etc.).
- Effectively resolve customs procedures, delays, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, customs, and all parties involved in the logistics process.
- Monitor transportation efficiency, costs, and profitability.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of work experience in the international freight forwarding industry;
- University degree;
- Hands-on experience in managing LTL / groupage transportation operations from Europe to Armenia is must;
- Strong practical knowledge of Incoterms;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and international customs clearance procedures;
- Excellent understanding of road transportation and cargo consolidation processes;
- Experience in working with European partners and warehouse networks;,
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to make independent decisions;
- Analytical thinking, ability to react quickly, and strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian, and English languages.
