Job Description

Strategic Communication & Leadership

Develop a communications framework that supports and accelerates digital transformation and cultural change.

Craft immersive, compelling narratives that weave the company’s transformation imperatives into the communication of the company’s corporate mission.

Implement a multi-channel strategy to enhance corporate reputation and brand awareness.

Unify and lead internal and external communication efforts to deliver a consistent, resounding message across every stakeholder touchpoint.

Forge close partnerships with senior leadership to ensure that our communication initiatives are strategically integrated with key business objectives.

Proactively manage crisis communication and implement robust reputation management tactics to safeguard our brand integrity while steering the organization through periods of rapid change.

Manage and supervise internal communication programs to boost employee engagement and foster organizational cohesion.

Lead the development and execution of change communication tactics that support business transformation initiatives.

Develop and review all communication materials to guarantee that they are clear, impactful, and consistent with the company’s vision and values.

External & Public Relations

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry experts, and key stakeholders, ensuring every interaction fully complies with internal regulations and is seamlessly integrated with our operating model.

Lead the development and distribution of press releases, oversee media engagements, and execute public relations campaigns. Supervise the drafting, review, and approval process of all external materials, ensuring timely and coordinated releases.

Drive the creation of thought leadership content, including keynote speeches and executive communications. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to draft, refine, and disseminate industry-specific content that reflects our established messaging frameworks.

Digital & Social Media Management

Create and execute digital communication strategies—including social media presence—that drive transformation, prioritize customer centricity, and operate under a framework of strong governance.

Implement robust, governance-driven monitoring systems to track online brand reputation.

Oversee content creation processes to guarantee that all material reflects our corporate identity, adheres to stringent governance standards, and supports key business priorities.

Team & Budget Management:

Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals.

Oversee communication budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI measurement.

Drive continuous improvement in communication practices through data analysis and insights.

Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Equivalent to IELTS 7.0+).

Experience in stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.

Familiarity with financial services or corporate sectors is a plus.

Certifications in Public Relations (APR) or Social Media Marketing are advantageous.

Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
