This role can be based in the UK, Germany or Dubai.
Key Duties:
Business development support
Deal structuring
Pricing strategies – (Multimodal)
Proposal development
Product and Service innovation
Business insights and commercial analytics
Market insights (competitor knowledge!)
Partner / supplier – legal, contract
CRM – ensuring existing CRM is fully utilised.
Additional information:
Sales Support (including Pricing): Assists all sectors with deal structuring, pricing strategies, and client proposals.
Bid & Proposal Management (RFP/RFQ Support): Manages large tenders, proposal writing, and complex pricing models.
Commercial Analytics & Performance Reporting: Provides data insights on sales performance, margins, and sector-specific KPIs.
Client Relationship Management (CRM) & Key Accounts: Manages major client relationships, improves retention, and streamlines cross-sector opportunities
The Ideal Background:
Strong Multimodal Freight forwarding background
Strong background of Pricing and other commercial elements of forwarding
Ability to grow and scale Teams
Strong Key Account skills and ability to manage senior stakeholder both internally & externally
