The Client:
Axzel Search is partnering with a global logistics leader to recruit a Head of Airfreight EMEA. This key role will provide commercial leadership to drive growth and navigate transformation across Europe.
The Role:
Lead airfreight product management (pricing, procurement, sales) and business development.
Focus on growth through newly acquired industry-specific products and integrate with existing business.
Target key clients in sectors like Automotive, Aerospace, and Healthcare etc
Build and maintain strong relationships, drive sales, and align with strategic goals.
Requirements:
10+ years in Air Freight Product Management, with senior operations, sales, and commercial experience.
Proven track record in procurement and consistently achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership experience, preferably within the forwarding industry.
Experience managing P&L and cross-functional logistics.
Ideally based across Europe, bonus would be Western Europe or Benelux region.
