Position: Gravel Truck Driver – Clarkston/Lewiston

Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for Gravel Truck Drivers in our Central Idaho Division located in the Lewiston Clarkston Valley!
Responsibilities
Safely and productively operate a variety of equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Maintain positive working relationships and perform duties safely and efficiently.
Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues.
Perform physical activities such as standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking.
Inspect equipment and site daily to identify unsafe conditions and ensure proper maintenance.
Complete daily vehicle inspection forms accurately.
Perform daily housekeeping on trucks.
Operate and maintain trucks safely.
Load, secure, and unload materials properly.
Complete load tickets when applicable.
Communicate effectively and work well under high-stress situations, maintaining courteous and respectful interactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety, and environmental regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
One or more years of experience operating commercial vehicles.
Knowledge of construction operations.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license and CDL required.
Ability to work day and night shifts as needed.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Willingness to travel if required.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
