DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Global Ops Planner to play a vital role coordinating our daily Shipping and distribution requirements. Â
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
To validate shipments requested by GSK requestors and ensure shipment contains required documentation and mandatory information for shipment execution
To assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
Responsible for the effective planning, shipment validation and monitoring execution of shipments.
Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements.
Be first point of contact for customer and carrier to answer queries
