Raise is currently hiring an Global Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading national airline. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Job Overview
The Global Logistics Coordinator will work in the Hanger shipping floor to package, label and process shipments via small package provider, 3rd party companies for air and ground.
Responsibilities
Each shipper is expected, at minimum, to ship 560 parts per month, and to as much beyond that as possible.
Ensure that inventory is moved to various bases for maintenance to prevent AOG’s
Create shipping documents for all outbound shipments, adhering to internal customs requirements for foreign bases
Qualifications
Must have previous warehouse floor experience (forklift usage, pallet jack usage,)
Must have previous shipping document experience (Creating bills of lading, commercial invoices)
Previous experience shipping Dangerous Goods
Professionally responding to emails, answering the phone, and shipping department doors in a professional manner
