Overview
We are looking to fill positions in our warehouse and manufacturing departments. Manufacturing Team Members support business needs within the manufacturing department. Warehouse Team Members will store merchandise or materials, fill requisitions and orders, and pack, crate and ship products to customers. Individuals may start in one area and be moved to another area of need to support different teams in different departments. Duties may include loading/unloading materials by hand, working with hand/power tools and performing quality checks.
Until further notice:
Minimum wage $20/hr
Additional 5% for 3rd Shift
Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus
Schedule: 11pm – 7am, Sunday night – Friday morning
Candidates must complete a 10-panel drug screen and pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
May need to produce parts with hand tools or machines to exact specifications
Warehousing and storage of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment
May be responsible for stuffing soft goods to specification
May be required to measure and cut materials to specification
Loading/unloading materials for long hours
Band and wrap outgoing freight orders
Picking, consolidating, and packaging outgoing orders using RF scanners
Maintain good housekeeping in work area
Performing quality checks as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse/distribution and manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet
Team Members will be required to operate a manual/powered pallet jack, lift product or related equipment
Must be able to remain standing for 8+ hours a day
Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues
Must be safety oriented
