Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations, sales, finance, and compliance of the Vietnam office.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the freight forwarding and logistics business locally.
- Manage relationships with key clients, carriers, customs, and other logistics partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international shipping laws.
- Recruit, train, and lead the office team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and reporting to headquarters.
- Qualifications :
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding in Vietnam.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance, and transportation networks.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills.
