Key Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or related field (experience may substitute).
10+ years of leadership experience, preferably as a General Manager in MNC freight forwarding.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Translate strategy into operational roadmaps, optimize resources, and drive results.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
