YOUR TASKS
- Process inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with DHL procedures.
- Ensure shipments are handled, sorted, and routed accurately and on time.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Ensure timely movement of shipments within the Gateway network.
- Scan and update shipment status accurately in operational systems.
- Monitor shipment flow and report any discrepancies or delays.
- Handle shipments with due care to prevent damage or loss.
- Follow operational, safety, and quality standards at all times.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum Intermediate cleared with at least 1-2 years’ experience ideally in Gateway Operations
- Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
