Full Time – Logistics & Freight Brokerage – Sales Jobs in Reno, NV at AVA Logistics, LLC
We are beginning the next phase of our organization, with a focus on growth. We are hiring individuals with a desire to build a book of business.
Responsibilities
- Talk to clients and carriers via email, phone and chat.
- Negotiate shipping rates with carriers – communicate those rates to customers.
- Provide customer service and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all shipments are tracked and traced regularly and accurately.
- Manage daily shipping schedules.
- Generate new business leads and follow up on client referrals.
Requirements
- Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exercise extreme professionalism through adversity.
- Work well under time constraints and deadlines.
- Time management / Organization / Digital Hygiene
- Must be able to work 06:30-15:30 Monday through Friday.
We are a Nevada founded business. We have clients operating in all 50 States along with Canada and Mexico.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 base / year + uncapped commission
