We are seeking a creative and service-oriented Account Executive to join an expanding logistics team.
In this role, you will act as a key intermediary between customers and freight carriers, negotiating contracts to ensure optimal profitability and high-quality service. Your primary responsibilities include
- negotiating freight service prices
- managing the movement and tracking of shipments
- generating leads and acquiring new clients
- collaborating with customers, dispatchers, and carriers on shipment statuses
- proactively resolving issues and inputting load data into software

- time management skills
- adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics brokerage, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory, as training is provided.
