Job Responsibilities
- Take charge of full order fulfillment management for Thai industrial customers, including order review, stock allocation, picking, packing, delivery scheduling and on-time delivery tracking.
- Handle daily operation exceptions: stock shortage, delivery delay, goods damage, customer after-sales returns & claims, coordinate with warehouse, logistics carriers and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor core fulfillment KPIs: order on-time completion rate, order processing cycle, defect rate, return rate; compile weekly & monthly operation data reports and propose optimization plans.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to confirm customer delivery requirements, communicate delivery progress proactively, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the industrial digital fulfillment system, correct SKU and order master data, train internal operators on system operation, and submit system optimization demands to the IT team.
- Standardize fulfillment SOPs, sort out operation documents, and promote process upgrading to reduce operation costs and raise delivery efficiency.
- Cooperate with 3PL warehouse teams to supervise inbound & outbound sorting, ensure goods accuracy and warehouse operation compliance with local Thailand regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related fields.
- At least 2 years fulfillment, warehouse or order operation experience in Thailand; familiar with industrial/MRO goods delivery process is preferred.
- Fluent spoken & written Thai and English; Chinese communication ability is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel for data statistics & analysis; experience using ERP/WMS order management systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, good cross-team coordination and emergency problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Thai domestic logistics rules and import & export customs procedures is preferred.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- รับผิดชอบการจัดการปฏิบัติออร์เดอร์ลูกค้าอุตสาหกรรมในประเทศไทยครบวงจร ตรวจสอบออร์เดอร์ จัดสรรสต็อก รับสินค้า แพ็คสินค้า วางตารางขนส่ง และติดตามการจัดส่งให้ตรงเวลา
- จัดการปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นประจำวัน เช่น สินค้าขาดสต็อก ส่งมอบล่าช้า สินค้าเสียหาย การคืนสินค้าและเคลมหลังขาย ประสานงานกับคลังสินค้า ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งและซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็ว
- ติดตามตัวชี้วัด KPI ด้านปฏิบัติออร์เดอร์ ได้แก่ อัตราการปฏิบัติออร์เดอร์ตรงเวลา รอบเวลาดำเนินออร์เดอร์ อัตราการผิดพลาด อัตราการคืนสินค้า จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือน เสนอแผนปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายและทีมดูแลลูกค้า ยืนยันเงื่อนไขการจัดส่ง แจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าเพื่อเพิ่มความพึงพอใจ
- ดูแลระบบดิจิทัลปฏิบัติงานอุตสาหกรรม แก้ไขข้อมูล SKU และออร์เดอร์ สอนการใช้งานระบบให้พนักงาน และส่งความต้องการปรับปรุงระบบให้ทีมไอที
- กำหนดขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานมาตรฐาน SOP จัดทำเอกสารการดำเนินงาน ส่งเสริมการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เพื่อลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มความเร็วในการจัดส่ง
- ร่วมงานกับทีมคลังสินค้า 3PL ดูแลการรับและส่งสินค้า ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้า และปฏิบัติงานคลังสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับระเบียบข้อบังคับของประเทศไทย
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาโลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ดำเนินงานปฏิบัติออร์เดอร์ คลังสินค้า หรือจัดส่งสินค้าในประเทศไทยไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี มีประสบการณ์สินค้า MRO/อุตสาหกรรมเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- สื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่องทั้งพูดและเขียน สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้เป็นพิเศษ
- เชี่ยวชาญ Excel สำหรับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล มีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบจัดการออร์เดอร์ ERP/WMS
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง รอบคอบ มีทักษะประสานงานข้ามฝ่ายและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความรู้ระเบียบโลจิสติกส์ในประเทศไทยและขั้นตอนศุลกากรนำเข้า-ส่งออกเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
