Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and experienced OTR Truck Driver to become part of our team! This is a great opportunity for both recent CDL graduates and seasoned drivers. What We Provide:
Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,500 (depending on experience)
Training: Paid training (4–6 weeks) with $650 compensation
Home Time: Home every two weeks for 2 full days off
Freight: 100% no-touch freight (live load/unload, drop & hook)
Trucks: Automatic transmission trucks (average age: 1.5 years)
Orientation Pay: $300 upon hiring
Bonuses: Performance-based incentives every month

Primary Responsibilities:
Safely operate trucks to deliver freight to designated locations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles
Maintain accurate logs and documentation for deliveries
Communicate efficiently with dispatchers and customers
Follow all safety and traffic regulations
Job Requirements:
Valid CDL-A
Must be at least 21 years old
No at-fault accidents in the past 5 years
Experience: Not required
Ability to drive automatic trucks
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication abilities
Effective time management and meeting deadlines
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to safety and operational procedures
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
