- 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or freight coordination.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of international freight processes.
- Experience dealing directly with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers.
- Good understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and/or Land Freight.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and import/export documentation.
- Experience with freight rates, quotations, bookings, and freight invoices.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and standard office applications.
