We are hiring a Freight Sales Executive to drive business growth across ocean and air freight services. In this role, you will identify and win new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and prepare competitive freight quotations. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and service delivery. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Prepare and present freight quotations using effective sales and negotiation techniques
- Build and onboard new client accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations teams to fulfill RFQs and ensure smooth shipment follow-up
- Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions
- Monitor market pricing, competitor activity, and freight industry regulations
- Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role
- Experience in both import and export freight sales is a strong plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Good understanding of ocean and air freight services and market practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets
- Good English proficiency
- Must be flexible, trustworthy, and highly committed to achieving results
