Objective

Responsible for managing international routing orders across multiple regions and transport modes (FCL, LCL, and Air) and collaborate with teams across Latin America and Asia and external agents.

Main Responsabilities

  • Manage Release Orders (RO’s) received in Logiware from the Colombia office and Auroras locations (Mexico, Panama, Chile, and Peru) for FCL, LCL, and Air operations.
  • Create and maintain files in Logiware for air operations involving external agents to Transborder.
  • Request EXW costs for FCL and LCL operations from agents based in China and other parts of Asia.
  • Manage and process quotes received in Logiware for Air operations.
  • Provide support to pricing teams across Latam (Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Chile, and Peru) with quote and cost-related requests.
  • Support requests and coordination with the Air team in China. Maintain clear and consistent communication with international agents, regional offices, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in commercial and quoting roles within a freight forwarding company.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1), with strong conversational skills. (Mandatory, as the role requires direct interaction with the Asia team).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Work schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Colombian time), with availability to align with the Shanghai time zone.
  • Remote role, with occasional visits to the office.
  • The employee must be based in Bogotá.
