Your Responsibilities
Outbound shipment booking as per customer Routing Guide and ETD.
Update & distribute shipment planning report.
Process all necessary documentations and ensure that they are timely sent to customers.
Update all the ATD and ATA of each outbound – Carrier EDI Link & manual when required.
Prepare & provide requested reports (Routing Guide Deviation report).
Vendor invoice validation and processing into system based on contractual rates (Either EDI or manually).
Processing of all shipment costs with supporting docs uploaded into system.
Ensure accurate and timely billing from vendor.
Support accruals reports on a monthly basis.
Any special assignment by superior.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
2 years experience in related fields
Experience in freight booking with Shipping Line/Carrier.
Experience and good in MS office – MS Excel.
Good spoken and written in English.
Good attitude, service minded, adaptable and dedicated.
