Job Summary
NTM Transportation LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Freight Movement Specialist to coordinate daily shipments and support smooth transportation operations. You’ll work with drivers, carriers, warehouses, and customers to keep freight moving efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and freight schedules.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers and carriers.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouses, and transportation partners.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
- Update TMS/logistics systems with load information.
- Help resolve delays, routing issues, and delivery concerns.
- Support daily freight and transportation operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
