We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Freight Loader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently, ensuring shipments are handled with care and prepared for timely delivery. This is a fast-paced, physically active position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficientlySort, stack, and organize freight according to company standardsVerify shipments for accuracy and report any damages or discrepanciesSecure cargo properly to prevent shifting during transportOperate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)Maintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirementsAbility to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularlyComfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periodsPrevious warehouse or loading experience is a plus, but not requiredTeam player with a strong work ethicPay: $24.40 – $29.40 per hourBenefits:401(k)403(b)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
